Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays. During high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If delays occur, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

- Pre‑Order / Presale Items: Ship on the date listed on the product page

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal volume.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BreakRoom13 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, lost packages due to address errors, or additional fees for reshipment. If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but BreakRoom13 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Pre‑Orders & Presale Items

For presale items: payment is collected at checkout, estimated ship dates are listed on the product page, and orders containing both in‑stock and presale items will ship together unless otherwise stated.
